You create your
jobseekers account using the "Register Free" link located in the Jobseeker
Navigation menu.

You can retrieve
your password from our system, using the "Forgot Password ?" link

You can retrieve
your activation key from our system. You just need to provide the

my CV/resume, what do I do? |
|
You should subscribe
to our "Jobmail" service, and
you can choose to have daily or weekly JobMails sent to your email
address. JobMails automatically match any new jobs posted on our
website with your CV/resume category. To activate your JobMail service,
complete the following:
1: Register to create your free account, then login.
2: Add or modify your CV/resume details online using the "Modify
my CV/resume" link in the Jobseekers menu. Please ensure you specify
your preferred CV/resume category and job locations.
3: Once you have set up your CV/resume, visit the "JobMail Alerts"
section and set your notification preferences.

I
would like to change my CV/resume details, is this possible? |
|
You can change
your CV/resume details using the "Modify My CV/Resume" link from the
Jobseekers Navigation Menu.
After making your changes click the "Save" Button. There is also a
"Preview CV/resume" button, which will display your CV/resume as it
will be viewed by employers.

would like employers to be able to download my word/pdf format CV/resume
file, is this possible? |

Yes. Simply
visit the "Modify my CV/resume" link in the Jobseekers menu, then
use the "Upload Your CV/resume" to browse to the location of your
CV/resume on your computers hard drive. Once selected press the
"Save" button.

HOW
DO I POST FREE JOBS? |

There
are two stages to setting up your free job posting account.
Stage
1: You need to create an active employers account.
(Proceed to stage 2 if you already have an
employers account.)
Stage
2 : You need Job Credits adding to your account....,
Stage
1...,
- CLICK HERE to complete
the Company Registration form.
- You need
to enter some info in your "Company Profile". The more
detail you provide the better. This info appears on your company
information page.
- Save your details by clicking on the "Save" button at bottom of the Company Registration Form.
- You will
then receive an email after registration. This contains a validation
link. You need to validate your email address to activate your
employers account.
- If you don't
receive this email within 1 hour please check your spam box has
not removed it.
- If you are
sure your spam settings are correct and you have still not received
the validation email then you may have entered an incorrect email
address. So please try again
Stage 2...,
- Click on
"EMPLOYERS HOME" link shown in the top navigation bar.
- Login to
your account by entering your email address/password into the
employers menu located on the left hand side of the web page.
- Once logged
in select the "Plans and Prices" link from the employers
menu that runs down the left hand side of your page
- On the plans
and prices page select the "FREE
PLAN"
and proceed to "buy" this option.
(Please note the Free Plan is subject to availability. To check availability, log in to your account, visit the "Plans and Prices" section. If available you can select the Free Plan from Table 1. If unavailable selecting the "Free Plan" will not be possible.)
- Once your "Free Plan" has been successfully ordered, it needs manually activated by our office. This may take up to 72 hours. You will receive an email once live.
(Please note
we reserve the right to reject applications for our free plan
if we are not satisfied with the quality of your registration
details. We must be able to establish the authenticity of your Company from the details you provide when you create your account. Contact details, URL and email addresses must all correlate. We will not undertake any additional checks.).
- Once you
have been notified about you Free Plan's activation you can login
and post your free jobs. All jobs credits are to be posted within
the plan's duration.
- To raise
the profile of your jobs and company upgrade to one of our alternative
Plans.

Which
payment methods are accepted? |

For instant account
updates you can pay securely online using your Credit/debit Card.
All credit card transactions are undertaken through "WorldPay" which
is part of the "Royal Bank of Scotland". This ensures the security
of your details.
We also accept Credit/debit card payments by telephone/FAX and cheques
by post.

are your payment terms? |

To reduce our
administration costs and hence keep our prices competitive, we operate
certain procedures:
- All payments
are required in advance of any jobs appearing live.
- We do not
send out invoices by post.
- You manage
your provisional orders and invoices online within your "Employers"
account.

is the normal expiration period of my posted jobs? |

The expiration
period of the job depends on the type of planning you have subscribed
to, but the normal expiration for your job is 28 days. You can also
specify your own expiry date, so you can reduce the duration of the
job advert.

would like to receive daily/weekly emails with CV/resumes from the
system matching my job(s), what should I do? |

You should subscribe
to the "CVMail" service, and our servers will send you daily or weekly
emails that show any new CV/resumes posted that match your job(s).
You can modify this service, at anytime, by clicking on the "Company
Profile" link shown in the Employers Navigation Menu.

your company profile details using the "Modify Profile" link from
the Employers Navigation Menu.
After making the necessary amendments you click the Save Button to
republish it.

would like upload my logo, and display it with my jobs, is this possible? |

Yes, you just
need to upload your logo file via the "Company Profile" link (from
the Employers Navigation Menu). Your logo should be 100 x 40px (100px
wide by 40px high)
